WHERE IS MY SPACEVIDCAST??? HAS IT BEEN HACKED??? OH NOES!!!
Fret not young Spacevidcaster, we are in the process of updating to a new IP address and your DNS has not yet updated to see this address. If you're on Windows you can try opening a command prompt and typing ipconfig /flushdns or just wait a bit and the site should start working for you again. If you're on Mac OS X you can open a command prompt and type dscacheutil -flushcache, or just like those pesky Windows users you can wait a bit and it should start to work.
Why did we do this? Simple, security and stability! Spacevidcast.com will be adding a slew of cool new features in the coming weeks and months ahead and some of them will require SSL. Prior to this change Spacevidcast ran on a shared IP which prevents a fully signed cert from running. This change will allow us to install a full cert which will enable our future features to be encrypted (cool). In addition this isolates Spacevidcast from the rest of the services running so if we get slammed on this IP we can take action. Oh the curse of being so popular.
Fret not, over the next few hours DNS should propagate and you should get your Spacevidcast back in all its glory. I know, we miss you too.
